5 A request by Kent Weinmeister for a Minor Use Permit/Coastal Development Permit (DRC216-00123) to allow the construction of a 235 square foot addition of new interior floor area and a 38 square foot addition of non-habitable space, to an existing 1,123 square foot, one-story residence. The project will include enlarging an existing 225 square foot, one-car garage by 38 square feet, enlarging an existing bedroom by 235 square feet, interior remodeling, and constructing a new driveway approach. The project will result in 300 square feet of disturbance of the 5,220 square foot parcel. The proposed project is in the Residential Single Family land use category and is located at 599 Leighton Street, at the northwest corner of Leighton Street and Guildford Drive, within the community of Cambria. The site is located in the North Coast and Coastal Zone Planning Area. Also to be considered is the approval of the environmental determination. This project is exempt under CEQA. 6 A request by Craig Beecham for a Minor Use Permit/Coastal Development Permit (DRC2016-00105) to allow an existing single-family residence to be used a residential vacation rental. The proposed project is within the Agriculture land use category and is located at 3070 Clark Valley Road, approximately 1.5 miles south of Los Osos Valley Rd and 2.15 miles southeast of the community of Los Osos. The site is located within the Estero planning area. Exempt from CEQA. 7 A request by Pismo Coast Village for a Minor Use Permit (DRC2015-00131) to allow the construction of a 10,000 square foot RV maintenance shop, a 23,637 square foot paved RV storage area, and site landscaping. The project will result in the permanent disturbance of the entire 0.83 acre site, including the removal of one tree. The proposed project is within the Industrial land use category and is located south of Highway 1 on the corner of Nipomo and 21st streets in Oceano. The site is located in the South County Planning Area, within the San Luis Bay Inland Sub Area. Exempt from CEQA. 8 A request by Reggie and Marsha Collins for a Lot Line Adjustment (SUB2016-00084/COAL17-0047) to adjust the shared property lot line between two parcels of 1.0 acres each, resulting in two parcels also of 1.0 acres each but with a different parcel configuration. The adjustment will not result in the creation of any additional parcels. The proposed project is within the Residential Suburban land use category and is located at 7240 Shalerock Road, approximately three miles east of the City of Paso Robles. The site is in the El Pomar-Estrella sub-area of the North County planning area. Also to be considered is approval of the proposed environmental determination. The project is exempt under CEQA.
